Welcome to Y Twll.
Y Twll is a recently renovated holiday Apartment in Berriew, providing self catering accommodation near Welshpool, Mid Wales, if you are looking for a holiday cottage or Apartment near Welshpool this is perfect. We are based in the beautiful village of Berriew near Welshpool, Powys, in the heart of the mid Wales countryside. Our Apartment is located above the village shop and surrounded by beautiful black and white timbered cottages. Within the village are two pubs, the village tearoom, grocery store and post office and a butchers.
From the village there are beautiful walks along the canal, explore the surrounding villages and towns. The beautiful coast is only 1 hour drive away, visit beautiful Aberdyffi, and Barmouth. Over the border is Shropshire with lots of beautiful places to explore, Shrewsbury, Attingham Park, The Quarry in the centre of the town which regularly holds events such as the Shrewsbury Flower Show and lots more.
We welcome Pets at the Apartment, although we do not have a garden there are lots of local walks plus a small community garden just over the river where you can exercise your Pets.
